Please note that in addition to this written application and reference check, we will require a home visit prior to placement of a dog in your home. Our adoption fee or "suggested donation" is $250.00 for dogs older than 6 mo. and $275.00 for a puppy 6 mo. or under, which includes spay/neuter, Microchip, vaccinations as needed. Dogs are checked for heartworm prior to placement, and if not on preventative medications we highly recommend they be started. Thanks.
