About Draft Horse Inn

Draft Horse Inn specializes in draft and draft horse crosses for driving and pleasure riding. Our miniature donkeys are trained for back-packing, driving and make good herd protectors.

We are currently in transition and will be moving to a new location, expanding to much more land and a new facility.

I have found that a percentage of the older generation would like a calmer, easy going horse for pleasure riding. These gentle giants are a great addition for a pleasurable easy going ride. For someone that wants a little extra spunk and a faster pace horse, we offer the half draft.

Our horses are selected based on temperament and ability. They are sane, sound and sensible. Draft Horse Inn is not into breeding but purchases existing drafts and half drafts from auctions and trains them to the best of their ability. I have personally raised all of the drafts we currently have from babies and they will be for sale in 2009.
